China Suffered 64 Trade Frictions In 2010, Worth About $7 Billion.

Wan Jifei, President of China Council for the promotion of trade, said that in recent years, the CCPIT has given full play to the advantages of extensive channels of external contacts, and has provided effective help for domestic enterprises to deal with trade frictions. It has expressed the Chinese business community's stand against investment and trade protectionism in a multi-level and multi-channel manner, focusing on such issues as exchange rate, trade imbalance, and the launching of the "301 investigation" into the clean energy industry in the United States.

He said that in 2011, the CCPIT will focus on economic development mode pformation and industrial restructuring, and actively organize economic and trade activities to promote low-carbon economy, green economy, service trade, creative industries and Internet of things, and promote exports of products with high added value and independent intellectual property rights, and intensify efforts in "promoting exports".

Efforts to promote trade balance and promote

Zijin Mountain said that the near and medium term goal of China's foreign trade development is from 2011 to 2020, consolidating the status of trade power and promoting the process of trade power. The target of mid and long term is from 2021 to 2030, and China should initially realize trade power.

He said that in the near and middle period, China must maintain stable growth in foreign trade. The growth of foreign trade is higher than the overall growth level of Global trade and the level of China's national economic growth. Through expanding imports, expanding foreign investment, adjusting the structure to achieve the basic balance of trade, enhancing the quality and efficiency of foreign trade development, efforts should be made to promote the process of China's foreign trade from big to strong.

Data released by the General Administration of Customs showed that in 2010, China's foreign trade import and export amounted to US $2 trillion and 972 billion 760 million, an increase of 34.7% over the same period last year.
