Jiang Yaoping, Vice Minister of Commerce, also said earlier that in the second half of this year, the energy consumption and emission reduction requirements of the state will be adjusted to a small extent in terms of energy consumption and high pollution products.

According to the reporter, at present, the relevant departments of the state have initially formed a strategic report on the export tax rate of resource products.

Such reports include rare metals such as rare earth metals, ferrous metals such as steel, oil and coal, non-ferrous metals such as nickel, molybdenum and tungsten, and raw materials such as solar energy, polycrystalline silicon, water resources and forest resources, which may be the key areas to abolish the export tax rebate.
