Fushun County, through the establishment of a garment industrial park, accepts entrepreneurs returning home, and prepares to set up management courses for entrepreneurs after the Spring Festival.

In September last year, the Fushun county government opened a garment industrial park in the Dai Si town (Chengdu Commercial Daily reported). Recently, Fushun tailors struggling in Yunnan, Guangdong and other places took advantage of the Spring Festival to return home gradually, or to sell sewing machines at the storefront, or set up sewing machine repair shops, and some even set up a fixed-point consignment company.

Dai Si town government said that as of now, many garment industry practitioners in the town have expressed their intention to return home to start their own businesses.

Li Changfu, the director of the 27 village committee, pinched his fingers and estimated that there were more than 2000 migrant workers in 27 villages, more than 1000 of whom were engaged in the clothing industry. A large number of migrant workers return, making the rental and housing prices of Dai Si town directly affected.

"50 square meters of shops, before the monthly rent less than 1000 yuan, now has about 2300 yuan."

Song Daiqin, director of the investment office of Dai Si town government, said that the number of entrepreneurs returning home has increased substantially, and the housing price has increased from 1600 yuan / square meter a year ago to 2300 yuan / square meter.

According to the statistics of the labor export department of Fushun County, there are about 300000 migrant workers in Fushun, 11 of whom are engaged in sewing and garment related industries.

Since September 2010, when the Fushun county government began to build a garment industrial park in Dai Temple, tens of thousands of Fushun tailors have earned the idea of returning home to start their own business.

On the eve of the Spring Festival this year, many of them went home to start their own businesses.

"At present, there are only more than 1000 migrant workers who are willing to return home and start their own businesses," he said. "There are many other towns in Fushun who come to sign the order."

Fushun County Employment Bureau has decided that after the Spring Festival, the employment training center will be set up in the Dai Si Town, and the management courses will be set up for orientated training workers.

"There are essential differences between migrant workers and business managers. With the continuous growth of enterprises, migrant workers entrepreneurs need to learn to manage enterprises, learn to integrate enterprise resources and establish brand awareness."
