Domestic and foreign Chinese nationality (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) clothing brand designers, clothing colleges and universities, teachers and students, clothing enthusiasts, under 35 years of age.

　　
Eight. Competition requirements

　　
1, submit a brand plan: to express your brand name, consumer group analysis (word number is more than 150 words).

　　
2, design a set of fashion design that reflects its lifestyle positioning for your brand design. You need to design 5-8 sets of women's clothing in autumn and winter 2012 (with more than 150 words of fashion trend collection information). If you are selected, you will produce 5 sets of clothing items to participate in the final dynamic display.

　　
3. Based on the second design plan, we draw 1 sets of 27CM x 40CM color rendering and 1 sets of planar structure drawings. The top right corner of the renderings is attached to the title of the work, and the lower right corner is attached to the fabric sample (8CM * 8CM). Another name is the 27CM * 40CM paper attached author. The above information must be bound into books.

　　
4. All the materials will not be returned. Please keep the manuscript from the bottom. The organizing committee has the right to propagandize, publish and perform the manuscripts and ready-made garments.

　　
5, the organizing committee does not accept electronic documents and CD-ROM manuscripts. Please consign all the information with words or pictures.

　　
6, entries must be original and unpublished by the contestants. If there are any entries that have been published or plagiarized, they will be disqualified from the competition and receive the award.

　　
7, competitors should submit their personal information and documents to be authentic and effective. If they provide false personal information or certificates, they will cancel their qualification or award qualifications and inform the relevant departments.

　　
8. Entries were completed by 1 designers independently, and no cooperative works were accepted. Each person shall submit a copy of the manuscript.

　　
9, participants must strictly abide by the discipline of competition and match schedule.

　　
10. The final interpretation power of the competition is owned by the organizing committee.

　　
Nine, competition method

　　
1, the contestants submit the complete entry materials (brand plan, design plan, entry form).

　　
2, the participants will send the materials, identity documents photocopy, 2 inch photos and 2 photos to the organizing committee before the deadline of July 1, 2011. (if you have an English certificate or an IELTS report card, please provide relevant copies). Photocopy of ID card, copies of other documents and 1 2 inch photos should be bound together with the entry form. Please do not paste them on the effect map.

　　
3. All the foreign athletes entering the finals will be provided by the Organizing Committee of the competition during the finals in Hangzhou. The transportation expenses of the contestants to Hangzhou will be taken care of themselves.

2, preliminary assessment: July 6, 2011

　　
Invited experts from domestic and foreign famous clothing academies and famous fashion designers at home and abroad to form a preliminary evaluation expert evaluation team to score the entries and select the top 50 players for the review.

　　
3, reassessment: July 14, 2011 - July 17th

　　
The 50 players were selected to complete the practical ability and interview assessment according to the proposition provided by the organizing committee. The top 35 players were included in the finals, and their practical ability and interview assessment scores were also included in the total score of the finals (the score was 30%, 20%, and the dynamic display score was 50%).

4, final and awards evening

　　
The expert jury awarded the participants dynamic performance of their garment production, combined with their score in the reassessment stage (the proportion of the final points of the players' composition: reassessment stage interview, practical ability 20% and 30%, dynamic display 50%), and awarded various awards.

　　
The score added to the finals is: an athlete can get an IELTS score of 6.5 or more than 80 points of TOEFL before the finals. An additional score of 5 points can be obtained. More than GRE1000 points (with relevant certificates) can be added to 5 points, which can be added up to 10 points, and the extra points will be counted in the finals.

Eleven. Awards setting

　　
There were 1 gold medals, 2 silver medals, 3 bronze medals and 6 outstanding prizes.

　　
Gold, silver, copper and excellent prizes are eligible for full scholarship from the Hangzhou municipal government to study in Italy, the United States or France for 1 to 2 years, with scholarships ranging from 300 thousand yuan to 500 thousand yuan. For example, gold, silver, copper and excellence awards also have the training conditions for overseas training. The other 6 winners received the national long-term training (one year) government funded scholarship, with a scholarship quota of 40 thousand yuan.

　　
If gold, silver or bronze medalists are unwilling to go abroad or do not have the conditions to go abroad for training, their overseas training vacancies will be replaced by the winners in the finals.
