The "Lichuan County footwear industry five years development plan" has been implemented, and the preferential policies for the footwear industry have been formulated. According to the 2% of the total annual tax amount of the footwear industry, the footwear industry development fund has been set up to reward the experts and employees who have made outstanding contributions to the footwear industry, and to develop "shoes and clothing plates" in the County Industrial Park, and improve the corresponding infrastructure construction such as roads, water, electricity and communications.

The implementation of a series of policy service measures has attracted 20 shoemaking and supporting enterprises such as Da Chuan, Yong Chao, Huatai, Xiangyu and Ming Chuan to come to settle down. The total investment amount of shoe enterprises is more than 600 million yuan.

Jiangxi Da Chuan shoe industry is a shoe making enterprise founded by Hongkong Yong en international group and invested by 60 million yuan. It produces famous brand "Daphne" women's fashion shoes products, and the 70% products are exported to Europe and the United States.

It is understood that the county has 12 shoe enterprises in the above scale industrial enterprises to focus on support, at present, 20 shoe enterprises and supporting enterprises to complete the output value of 300 million yuan, to achieve about 20000000 yuan of tax.
