Shortly after the Spring Festival, a new round of discount activities began in the clothing market.
Recently, I saw in John Lone's business market and all kinds of clothing stores in the city, merchants have turned around "gun head", and launched promotional advertisements such as "winter clothing clearance", "spring listing, clearance sale".
In some stores, the author found that most of the counters in the shop had been filled with spring money, and heavy winter clothes were concentrated on 4 or 50 percent off discount cards.
There are also some businesses that have already made a discount in the new listing. A clothing store owner told the author that the new clothing of their shop can also play 12% off, and the lowest season clothing can be as low as 70 percent off.
Mr. Zhang said that most merchants do not want to store the leftover goods. The styles and trends will be different every year. The next year may be unsalable, so they usually use the strategy of the new season's new listing to clear the stock quickly and reduce the inventory.
How do consumers react to these large discount activities?
I randomly interviewed some shopping consumers.
Miss Xu said: "this year's clothing prices are high. It is still very cost-effective to buy some at discount. Even if the temperature rises, the winter clothes can wait until the second half of the year is cold enough to wear, and the price can be reduced by half or even more."
Ms. Wang, who is shopping for coats, thinks that discounts are good things, but never buy anything because of discounts. Pick up some useless things and buy goods for promotion. Rational consumption is the most important.
