The customs border protection bureau adopts the provisional rules to revise, update and integrate regulations on the origin of textiles and clothing.

The main regulation is to cancel the requirement that all textile and clothing imports must be submitted.

In addition, importers should identify manufacturers of textiles and clothing products through the manufacturer's identification number (MID number).
