Preparing for revocation involves "non sensitivity"

market

"Visa requirements for import and export textiles and all pshipment textiles."

The subsidiary legislation, import and export (general) (Amendment) Regulation 2011, was gazetted in March 25, 2011.

After the completion of the relevant legislative procedures, the relaxed visa arrangement will take effect from May 20, 2011.

The Hongkong trade and Industry Department will make a further announcement on the exact date of implementation of the revised arrangement.

This circular summarizes the implementation details of the above proposed textile visa arrangement.

During this period, the existing visa arrangements (including the "non sensitive market" and phipment)

The arrangement is still valid until further notice.

The trade mark should pay attention to the following amendments to the textile visa, which will be implemented after the completion of the relevant legislative procedures.

Visa requirements for textiles import and export involving sensitive markets will remain unchanged.

In other words, following the implementation of the proposed amendment, the textiles must still receive the textile entry / export license or the textile notice submitted by the textile Trader Registration Scheme:

Textiles imported from the mainland of China, and exports (including re exports) to China and the United States.

The visa requirements other than those mentioned in the fourth paragraphs mentioned above, as well as all p shipment textiles, will be revoked after the implementation of the proposed amendments.
