It is understood that during the "11th Five-Year" period, the Xinjiang corps, relying on the state's important commercial cotton production base and relying on its unique collectivization advantages and geographical advantages in Xinjiang and adjacent to Central Asia, has undertaken a large number of Eastern cotton textile industry pfer.
