Spot checks found that 11 products do not meet the standard requirements, involving amino acid nitrogen, total arsenic, benzoic acid, P hydroxybenzoic acid esters, total number of colonies, coliform group items.

Vinegar also sampled 276 products produced by 260 enterprises in 19 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government of Beijing and Guangdong.

Spot checks found that 10 products do not meet the standard requirements, involving the total number of bacteria, P hydroxybenzoic esters, benzoic acid, total acid project.

An enterprise in Guangdong was blacklisted because the product was disqualified.

In the spot checks of soy sauce, 145 products found that 11 products did not meet the standards.

Among them, a product produced by Guangzhou Panyu Donghai seasoning Food Co., Ltd. was detected unqualified.
