In April 29th, the national textile industry quality working conference was held in Beijing.

The conference has commended the enterprises and finalists and nominated enterprises of the China Industrial award winning enterprise Bosideng and recognition commendation, and 24 enterprises such as Ruyi in Shandong have won the honorary title of "the advanced enterprise of the national textile industry in implementing the outstanding performance mode".

It has been learned that in April 28th, Bosideng became the first enterprise in the field of consumer goods to win the award of the second China Industrial Award (the highest award in the Chinese industrial field approved by the State Council) in the past April 28th, highlighting its achievements and vitality in the practice of brand strategy, excellent management and independent innovation.

The market competitiveness of products is constantly improving.

Over the years, under the guidance of the China Textile Industry Association, the textile industry has achieved remarkable results in improving the physical quality, promoting independent innovation, accelerating the construction of testing institutions and enhancing the competitiveness of products.

According to Yang Donghui, vice president of China Textile Association, despite the impact of the international financial crisis and the rising labor costs in China, China's textile and apparel industry is still growing rapidly, and its export competitive advantage is further enhanced.

For example, China's total exports account for over 30% of the world's total, and 40% of US imports of textiles come from China.

Data from the General Administration of customs also showed that in the first quarter of this year, China's textile and apparel exports totaled $48 billion 627 million, an increase of 23.96% over the same period last year, and the growth rate was significantly higher than that of 13.56% in 1~2.

Among them, the export of textiles was US $20 billion 165 million, an increase of 32.71% over the same period, and exports of clothing and accessories reached US $28 billion 461 million, up 18.42% over the same period last year.

Yang Donghui said that during the "11th Five-Year" period, China's textile industry has improved its capability of independent innovation, and has made significant progress in tackling key technologies and industrialization in some key areas. A number of independently developed scientific and technological achievements and advanced equipment have been widely applied in the industry.

For example, 26 achievements in the textile industry have won the national science and technology progress award.

Among them, the efficient short process embedded composite spinning technology has made China's spinning technology stand at the forefront of the world and won the first prize in national science and technology progress.

Moreover, with the promotion and application of advanced technologies such as embedded and eddy current technology, the quality of our textiles and garments, especially cotton spinning, chemical fiber, industrial, home textile, printing and dyeing industries, has been rapidly improved, and has been widely recognized by consumers at home and abroad.

At the same time, as a mass quality management activity, at present, more than 1 QC teams in the textile industry have played an active role in improving product quality and service quality, saving energy and reducing consumption, improving the quality of workers, meeting the challenges of the market, improving the economic benefits and social benefits of enterprises through participating in the product quality improvement activities of enterprises. At the same time, they have also cultivated and created a group of quality management talents and backbone of QC group, which has become an important starting point for promoting quality progress.

How to promote advanced quality management and improve product quality has become a topic of concern for experts attending the meeting.

"Quality is not only a simple problem of production process, but also includes a series of links such as circulation process, consumption process, management process and so on."

Du Yuzhou, President of the China Textile Industry Association, stressed that during the "12th Five-Year" period, we should promote structural adjustment with quality improvement as the focus in the whole industry, vigorously promote technological pformation and tackling key problems in order to improve product quality, take technology as an important means to improve product quality, reduce the cost of quality innovation, strengthen cooperation between upstream and downstream industries through resource optimization, conscientiously implement the talent strategy based on building brand quality as the main direction, strengthen the training of skilled talents, leading talents and excellent engineers, and regard sustainable development as an important constraint for improving quality.

According to Du Yuzhou, the quality issue is the quality of people, including personal quality, team quality and operator quality.

Therefore, for enterprises, we must learn advanced quality management methods, continue to promote excellence performance mode, and implement.

Hui Bo Yang, deputy director of quality control department of AQSIQ, put forward four suggestions: establishing and improving the quality responsibility and integrity system, quality risk management system, quality technology support system and quality scientific management system, and said that AQSIQ will strongly support the advanced quality management methods and promotion in textile industry; support the textile Industry Association to effectively cope with international technology trade measures; actively support the textile industry, especially the backbone enterprises, to vigorously promote new technologies, new standards and new processes; in particular, support the backbone leading enterprises to independently formulate or preside the formulation of national standards and industry standards, and conditional enterprises shall recommend their core technologies as international standards.

It is reported that according to the arrangements of the State Council, the AQSIQ is now working with the 14 departments of the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of industry and the Ministry of industry to formulate the outline for quality development.

Textile industry is in urgent need of high-end skilled talents.

Experts at the conference held that during the "12th Five-Year" period, China's textile industry was facing important opportunities for development, and faced with challenges in resources, energy, environment and talent.

"For example, there is still a big gap between China's R & D ratio of skilled personnel and international level, and the whole industry is seriously short of high-quality scientific research, design, management personnel and high-level professional and technical personnel."

According to the data analysis, the skilled workers in China accounted for 1/3 of the total number of employees in cities and towns, while skilled workers in developed countries accounted for more than 50% of the total.

At present, the proportion of quality workers in state-owned enterprises in China is only 4.58%. In 2008, the proportion of investment in R & D activities of Enterprises above Designated Size in textile industry accounted for only 0.29% of sales revenue.

In addition, the overall quality level of the textile industry from fiber to yarn, fabric, dyeing and finishing, clothing, home textiles and industrial textiles is still very uneven. There are also problems such as inadequate R & D investment for quality improvement, quality system and product innovation, and imperfect quality management supervision system.

In view of the rapid development of industrial textiles in recent years, some of our product standards are lagging behind, especially some new materials and new products, including some new product standards, which are far behind.

Experts said that during the "12th Five-Year" period, the technological progress of China's textile industry will focus on strengthening the key technology research efforts, popularizing advanced applied technology and equipment, improving the technological innovation system, accelerating the construction of textile talents, and comprehensively improving the production efficiency and value-added products of the industry.
