    The chemical fiber industry promotes the application of differential direct spinning and other practical energy-saving processing technologies. The application of the new melt direct spinning heat medium heating system reduces fuel consumption by nearly 1/3.

    The efficient short flow pre-treatment technology in printing and dyeing industry has been applied to all kinds of fabric dyeing, which can reduce the consumption of electricity, steam and water by more than 30%. Cold pad batch dyeing has been applied to medium thick fabrics, and it can save steam 40%.


    Progress has been made in water-saving work in the textile industry.

    During the "11th Five-Year" period, the fresh water consumption of printing and dyeing industry 100 meters dyeing and printing cloth decreased from 4 tons to 2.5 tons, and the total water consumption decreased by 37.5%.

    The application of advanced equipment and technology such as high efficiency short flow pre-treatment and continuous dyeing equipment, new batch dyeing machine, cold pad batch dyeing and biological enzyme desizing can achieve more than 20% water saving.


    Pollutant reduction and control have achieved results.

    The printing and dyeing industry has developed a new technology for deep treatment and reuse of the separated and separated wastewater, so as to achieve the goal of stabilizing wastewater treatment and reduce the discharge of sewage.

    The deep purification and recycling technology of silk reeling wastewater has been applied in large and medium-sized silk reeling enterprises. The recycling rate of silk waste water can reach more than 90% and basically achieve zero discharge of sewage.

    Chemical fiber industry uses membrane filtration, activated carbon adsorption, waste gas and sulfuric acid technology to control viscose wastewater and exhaust gas, effectively reducing pollutant emissions and improving the level of cleaner production in the industry.


    Recycling of resources is continuously improving.

    Recycled polyester fiber recycling technology has been widely promoted, and technology continues to upgrade.     The textile industry has continuously improved its ability to develop textile fiber materials using natural fast-growing forest products, and the industrialization of bamboo pulp fiber and hemp fiber has been realized.

    New technologies such as condensate and cooling water reuse, waste heat recovery, reclaimed water reuse, mercerizing light alkali recovery and other comprehensive utilization technologies have been vigorously promoted and applied in the industry, thus greatly improving the efficiency of water, heat and other resources.
