The quality inspection of the 3 categories of textiles, such as underwear, bedding and so on, was conducted by special supervision and spot checks. The results released today show that 3 types of textiles have not found serious quality and safety problems such as banned azo dyes and formaldehyde exceeding the standard, and the quality of the 35 batches of 27 textile production enterprises is not qualified.
The main unqualified items of children's clothing and bedding are fiber content and pH value; the main unqualified items of household clothing products are pH value, color fastness to rubbing, and washing size change rate.
The main reason is that the small and medium enterprises are the main industries. They do not attach importance to the relevant national product standards, and emphasize the style and quality. Some enterprises even buy cheap and poor quality surface accessories to reduce costs.
10 kinds of products made by Guangzhou Dadai Clothing Co., Ltd., the K-FRE tops and trousers produced by Guangzhou onfield Garments Co., Ltd., and the aiwan International Group Guangzhou aiwan Garments Co., Ltd., produced in Hongkong, are still unqualified after reexamination.
