"Electricity Shortage" To The Textile Industry

In recent years, there has been electricity shortage in some parts of the country every summer, and this year's "electricity shortage" has come earlier and larger in scale than in previous years.

A variety of factors cause electricity shortage.

Affected by the reduction of external electricity, fuel shortage and maintenance of generating units, the power supply situation in Zhejiang province has been very tense this year.

"The recent temperature rises suddenly, and the power shortage is earlier and more unexpected than expected."

In order to ensure the safety and stability of the power grid, Hangzhou power grid limited 107 times in May 9th, and 10 times in May, the power limit was 351 times.

Reporters learned from the electric power department that the maximum load of Changsha power grid will reach 3 million 980 thousand kilowatts this summer.

Anhui's power supply and demand situation is grim.

As of May 20th, the power gap in the province has exceeded 2 million kilowatts. The departments concerned expect that the "avoid the peak" will continue in the short term.

Affected by the power supply shortage, some textile enterprises in Jiangxi are frequently restricted by power cuts.

Textile enterprises in Qingshan Lake knitted garment base in Nanchang were asked to take the power restriction measures such as "opening four stops and three".

Another national textile base, Fengxin textile industrial base, has been put into operation. The normal load of textile enterprises is about 50 thousand kilowatts, but the peak electricity consumption gap reaches 20 thousand kilowatts, with a shortfall of nearly 40%.

Jiangxi Bao Yuan color spinning Co., Ltd. and other enterprises reflect that due to frequent blackouts, electricity is usually stopped two or three times a day, which not only causes damage to the equipment, but also affects the quality of the products.

Jiangxi Hengsheng Clothing Co., Ltd. is an export oriented garment enterprise. In order to rush orders, the enterprise can only provide generators, improve production costs, and enterprises become more cautious when receiving orders.

The Hunan Provincial Commission for information and information technology has launched an orderly electricity consumption plan in summer.

Hunan electric power company said that the orderly use of electricity, first of all, the people's livelihood to ensure electricity consumption, followed by public services and commercial electricity, and finally industrial electricity.

Dongxin group, the largest cotton textile enterprise in Hunan, shut down 50% from the end of April to May 15th.

Taoyuan Jie Xin Textile printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. shut down for 10 days from April 30th to May 10th, reducing output value about 14000000 yuan.

Despite the same power shortage situation, Jiangsu is slightly better.

Xuzhou, Jiangyin, Zhangjiagang, Wujiang, Haian and other textile key areas have not begun to limit electricity.

Xuzhou Zhongtian cotton industry is running normally, and Zhangjiagang Huafang group and Jinling Textile Co., Ltd. have not started power restriction at present.

Wujiang's Sheng Hong group and Haian's joint venture group have their own thermal power plants, so they have little impact.

According to the Anhui Textile Industry Association, as of now, Anhui textile and garment enterprises have not yet stopped production due to power restriction, but with the coming of the peak electricity consumption, the pressure will further appear.

Many enterprises have said that although they have not received the notice of power restriction, they have made preparations, and will adjust the power consumption time to minimize the impact.

In May 10th, the Ministry of industry and information issued the urgent notice on doing well the DSM in the industrial field, and put forward 5 measures to ensure the orderly supply of electricity and the smooth operation of the industrial economy.

Local governments have also taken measures.

Under the care of the government, the Hunan Dongxin group has eased the power limit recently. The peak power rate can still reach about 80%.

In mid May, the local government of Taoyuan, Hunan, took urgent measures to support the use of electricity by key enterprises and to pport coal from all parts of the country, so that the supply of electric coal was eased.

Taoyuan Jie Xin Textile printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. can also satisfy partial production electricity by autonomous power generation.

Yiyang star hemp industry is the key demonstration enterprise of ramie degumming. When the "electricity shortage" came, enterprises received the key support from Yiyang and Yuanjiang municipal government.

The Yiyang municipal government has also reduced the loss of power plants by excavating special subsidies to power plants to tap the potential of power generation in power plants.

But from the overall situation, the situation of power shortage is difficult to change in the short term.
