A total of 43 batches of children's food were selected from the city's industrial and commercial bureau, with 32 batches of qualified products and 11 batches of failed products, with a pass rate of 74%.

The unqualified items were label, colony count and mould count, coloring agent and aluminum respectively.

Excessive coliform and mold counts may be caused by contamination of the production process and packaging containers, which may cause diarrhea and gastrointestinal infections.

The list of children's food disqualified included: Hong Fu Zhuzhou brand children's biscuits, Jia Yun brand traditional coconut sugar, chef's star cake, Li Minggao's old brand Sherry popcorn (strawberry flavor), Jia Jia Wang brand fruit flavor crisp roll, Futong brand jujube crackers, Jia Wang Niu potato chips (tomato flavor), Zhengding brand pleasant goat snow floral biscuits, Tang Kee brand Tang Chi rice crust (Ma Lawei), Suwei brand sweet potato salad (chive flavor), Di Bao and egg pizza (Korean barbecue).

In terms of children's clothing, the city commerce and Industry Bureau has recently conducted special quality supervision and inspection on all kinds of children's clothing sold by children's clothing stores and large shopping malls in the near future.
