A library is hard to find.

Tracing back to the "warehouse history" of Wuzhou online is just a microcosm of the flourishing development of B to C e-commerce.
In 2009, Wuzhou online made warehousing and logistics services for Jack Jones and AI in the back-end of e-commerce. In Beijing, there was a warehouse of 3000 square meters, but it was full at once.
In October of 2010, Wuzhou online found another 12 thousand square meter warehouse in Taicang. But in those days, there were 4 big customers, and Taicang warehouse was also full.
From 2008 to 2010, e-commerce broke out for several years. Liang Kai It is particularly difficult to find a warehouse.
According to the statistics of China Electronic Commerce Research Center, the volume of e-commerce market in China has reached 4 trillion and 500 billion yuan in 2010, an increase of 22% over the same period last year. Among them, online retail transactions amounted to 513 billion 100 million yuan, and Taobao sold 48 thousand products per minute on average.

Jingdong mall CEO Liu Qiangdong is building a giant in Shanghai, "Asia one". At this time, the size of Jingdong staff expanded from 36 in 2004 to 10 thousand in May 2011.
Shanghai is the largest logistics center of Jingdong. This year, Jingdong will also have 7 first class logistics centers to start at the same time, and each investment will be over 600 million. Liu Qiangdong once said: "Jingdong's new logistics center in Shanghai, originally designed 120 thousand square meters, has repeatedly demonstrated. Jingdong chooses to buy land to build its own warehouse. In addition to strategic considerations, it is obviously not satisfied with traditional logistics warehousing. Liu Qiangdong once said: "the traditional warehousing and logistics center, a large yard, has 10 storeroom, each storehouse 10 thousand square meters, add up to 100 thousand square meters, but it can not meet our requirements. A customer's order should be developed separately. Jingdong's warehousing and logistics system needs nearly 5 yuan of funds for nearly 20 billion years. Every round of financing of Jingdong has a considerable proportion of infrastructure construction. The electricity supplier "burn money" is an opportunity for the transformation of small and medium-sized developers.
At present, the first tier echelons of e-commerce are also being built in warehouses. Amazon originally had 40 thousand square meters of warehouses in Beijing, and 2/3 of them had been covered from single storehouse to three storehouses.
It is not only capacity expansion, but also the layout of warehouses to two or three line cities. It is said that the single story 4 meter is the ideal height in the B to C mode. The warehouse which is often 8 meters and 10 meters is too wasteful for the electricity supplier.
One of the reasons why many large e-commerce companies want to buy their own stores is that the storage of industrial parks can not meet their business needs.

When the order amount reached a certain amount, it could not meet the demand, and more importantly, it could not dock with the new egg net system. In the virtual world, the demand for buying and selling, of course, requires real space to complete the transaction. No one knows how many people will open their shop online tomorrow, and no one knows where a big and cheap warehouse is waiting for the electricity supplier to arrive. This is a completely new business. According to one industry insider, Longhu real estate is in fact paying attention to the industrial real estate mode in the era of electronic commerce. Longhu has the most powerful IT management system in real estate enterprises. Combining the existing software R & D capability with the industrial land is a forward-looking step in its future business layout.
Of course, many industrial parks begin to start warehousing and logistics services for e-commerce, and they also have policy support factors.
An electricity supplier told reporters that because the government granted land developers to the tax and employment requirements, these developers will also lease the warehouse to the electricity supplier, will also have provisions in the contract for tax and employment. Some e-commerce enterprises enter the park or take land development, which is strongly supported by the local government and in line with business logic. Why not?
