We will increase the construction of urban infrastructure, 72 new high-level roads, 2 bridges, 6 new bus lines, and improve the urban functions.

The integration of medical and educational resources, the establishment of 33 health care institutions, 46 primary and secondary schools and kindergartens have effectively solved the problem of medical care for the shed residents and their children's schooling.

We should strengthen the construction of community organizations, establish public security patrols and police offices, set up convenient service teams such as red and white councils, and carry out mass spiritual civilization activities.

The success of the pformation of shanty towns in Fushun has aroused widespread concern in the community. There are many well-known media from home and abroad to come to Fushun for in-depth interviews and reports. There are more than 140 cities in the country and more than 170 visits to Fushun.

In view of the fact that most shanty towns are located on the edge of the city and do not have the market operation conditions, we should adopt the mode of government led and market-oriented operation, take the city government as the main body of investment, and urban governments and related enterprises as the main body of responsibility, and grasp the initiative of shanty towns pformation.

As the main body of investment, the municipal government actively seeks loans from CDB, raising funds for construction, and realizing the capital guarantee for shanty towns pformation.

Four, we should do a good job in building materials market price regulation, take advance purchase materials, implement the ceiling price system and prepayment works, and so on, and do everything possible to reduce the cost of shed reform projects.

Speeding up the construction of affordable housing is a major measure taken by the state. It is also an important political task for Fushun to improve people's livelihood at present and in the future.

In accordance with the deployment of the central and provincial governments, the development plan for affordable housing in Fushun during the "12th Five-Year" period was formulated, focusing on the pformation of scattered shanty towns and state-owned independent industrial and mining shanty towns, highlighting the development of public rental housing, and forming a affordable housing project system at the end of 12th Five-Year.
