    Hongtai shoe industry, the first Taiwan funded enterprise to set up an enterprise union and set up the Party branch of the Communist Party of China, has been well handled since its establishment in 1993.     Chen Mianwu said that the matter was fully handled by the trade unions. They played a good bridge role in solving the problem and made great contributions to the harmonious union of enterprises.

    Chen Mianwu also said that in dealing with emergencies, trade unions could make decisions without asking the chairman.

For employees' wedding and funeral or other misfortunes, leaders will condolence to their workshops and dormitories, so that employees can feel the human touch of the enterprises.

    The employees' uniforms indicate the seniority of each employee, cultivate their respect for the senior, and encourage them to work hard for a long time.

    In the Hongda shoe factory, workers do not have to pay for meals. The trade unions also provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, mosquito nets, sleeping mat and other daily necessities to employees.

    Chen Mianwu said he had a sense of gratitude for his employees. So many employees made money for him. He should treat his employees well and give them better benefits.

    Because of the respect, so the mobility of the staff is not large, many employees do it for ten years.
