    Employment Unit Compensation For Industrial Injury

    Industrial injury insurance regulations

    "Article 6 provides that: if there is no business license or a unit that has not been registered or filed in accordance with the law, or a worker who has been revoked or registered or filed by law is injured by an accident or suffering from occupational disease, the unit shall be given a one-time compensation to the immediate family members of the disabled worker or the death worker. The compensation standard shall not be lower than the industrial injury insurance benefits stipulated in the regulations. The employer shall not use child labor, and the employing unit shall use child labor to cause disability and death of the child labor. The unit shall give a one-off compensation to the immediate family members of the child labor or child labor, and the compensation standard shall not be lower than the work-related injury insurance benefits stipulated in the regulations.

    Specific measures shall be stipulated by the labor and social security administrative department of the State Council.
