The Second Shaoxing Textile And Design Competition
Recently, the creative event of local textile fabrics --
The second Shaoxing textile fabrics and patterns original design competition
Kicked off.
The theme of this original design competition is "green, original and powerful".
According to the introduction, "green and original" aims to advocate green, environmental friendly and affinity design concepts, and incorporate natural, green, environmental protection and other creative elements into fabric research and design, leading the new trend of fashion.
"Strength" means that a number of excellent original works will be produced through the contest, which will provide powerful design power for Shaoxing textile industry's independent innovation, pformation and upgrading.
The competition is still localized. The participants are the enterprises and research institutes in Shaoxing County who are engaged in fabric design and pattern design. The awards are divided into two groups: "fabric design" and "pattern design". Each group has 1 gold medals, 3 silver medals, 5 bronze medals and 10 finalists. The reward amount is the same as the previous one.
The deadline for entries is August 20th.
In recent years, Shaoxing has successively organized the design competition of Chinese professional fashion designers' creative design competition, China International fabric design competition, and China University textile design competition.
"Through the competition, we have excavated many excellent design talents, but most of the winners are foreigners, so it's hard to stay in Shaoxing for local use."
The head of the county science and Technology Bureau of the competition organizers told reporters that it is one of the purposes of this competition to encourage local textile enterprises and market operators to change their ideas and take the initiative to innovate.
In the past two years, Shaoxing county has implemented a local designer training program, and now has about 1000 local designers.
"We hope to build a group of powerful grassroots designers into national designers through the contest."
The organizer of the competition, the creative industry service center of China Textile City, said the responsible person.
