Before that, Shenzhen enterprises generally need 3 to 5 working days from submitting materials to issuing business licenses, and the SAIC regulations are 10 working days.

Since June 28th, the Shenzhen municipal market supervision and Administration Bureau will promote the implementation of the "whole system". The registration sub Bureau (Civic Center office hall), Yantian sub Bureau, Guangming sub Bureau and Pingshan Branch will realize the registration mode of "coming and going as the norm", and the majority of the registration businesses can be implemented.
