Wenzhou Characteristic Industrial Park Lay Foundation In Zhengzhou

A few days ago, the first Wenzhou characteristic industrial park which integrated production, R & D, exhibition and sales was settled in the Ma Zhai Industrial Park in the 27 District of Zhengzhou.

Relevant leaders of Zhengzhou attended the opening ceremony. Zheng Shengtao, vice chairman of the Wenzhou CPPCC and President of the Wenzhou chamber of Commerce in more than 30 cities across the country rushed to the scene to congratulate them.

The construction of Wenzhou characteristic industrial park is a substantive step for Wen Shang to invest in Central Plains.

Lin Zhi, President of the Wenzhou chamber of Commerce in Zhengzhou, said that the park is the bridgehead and stronghold of Henan's Wenzhou enterprises in the Central Plains nuggets. It shoulders the role of Wenzhou's capital in Zhengzhou's "headquarters economy", and is also home to Wen in the Central Plains.

"The construction of Wenzhou Industrial Park is just like a child falling into the Central Plains, which led to the pformation of Wenzhou's capital management mode to invest in Zhengzhou," Yuan Ming, general manager of the industrial park, said.

According to statistics, there are about 70 thousand Wenzhou operators in Zhengzhou all year round. The Wenzhou chamber of Commerce has 800 member enterprises, mainly engaged in commercial trade. The market share and sales volume of shoes, leather, clothing, electrical appliances, printing and small commodities account for more than 60% of similar products in Zhengzhou, with annual sales of over 50 billion yuan.

At the briefing on the construction of the park, an expert attending the meeting pointed out that Kunshan has become a well-known "Taiwan capital highland" and Wuxi is the "Japanese capital highland". The Wenzhou characteristic industrial park, which is under construction, will focus on the introduction of "Wen Qian" and "Zhejiang capital" and become a "warm capital and high land".

From real estate to stock speculation, from commercial trade to industrial production, from speculation to investment, Wenzhou capital is active in all fields.

Compared with commercial trade, the investment industry has a longer cycle, but stronger vitality and more potential for development.

If it works well, there will be a demonstration effect of gathering capital and creating wealth in Wenzhou. From this point of view, the construction of Wenzhou characteristic industrial park has more value and significance worth digging.

It is understood that the Wenzhou characteristic industrial park, with a total investment of 400 million yuan, covers an area of 200 mu in the first phase. It is the first characteristic industrial park in China, which is invested by the private sector and is fully standardized factory building, which integrates production, research and development, display and sales. The construction period is 24 months.

After the completion of the project, 4000 jobs can be arranged, and the output value is expected to exceed 1 billion 200 million yuan.
