    It should be noted that there are still many Chinese enterprises, such as shoes and garment manufacturers, willing to act as "hands and feet" of western enterprises.

    Under the institutional mechanism of one-sided pursuit of growth rate, those regions and enterprises that have abundant natural resources, large economic volume and fast growth can always easily acquire cheap production factors and earn high profits under the background that the price formation mechanism can not truly reflect the scarcity of resources and the cost of environment. Naturally, they do not think of innovation; in some cases, the speed and scale of success or failure of the cadre assessment system are still keeping pace with speed.

    The underlying reason for China's independent innovation lies in its system and mechanism.

    Without solving these problems, China's future economy will have no hope.
