A visionary manager in the fashion and clothing industry, he worked in the Levi Strauss &Co clothing company in San Francisco before joining the Benetton group.

He has been working for the company since 2003 and was the senior vice president in charge of Levi's women's clothing sales planning and design in 2009.

Born in southern Vietnam, he studied in France and earned an MBA degree in the United States.

Previously, he worked in retail merchandising and marketing departments of several companies: Too Brands Inc. of Ohio, Limited Too; Ohio The Limited Inc.'s brand Lane Bryant; Connecticut's Bob's Bob's chain stores; and Connecticut state.

You Nguyen is also a brilliant public speaker.

He has held many seminars in many leading commercial and design institutes, such as University of California at Berkeley, Essec, luxury Engineering Department, Shenkar Design Institute, etc.
