    Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology Held "Xinjiang Traditional Printing Learning Activities"

    [Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology news center] recently, the "Xinjiang traditional printing learning activities" hosted by my North Costume Museum and the catcher society carried out at the Museum of traditional Chinese costume Craft Museum.



      

    The library is based on the national costume museum, the main hall of which is to introduce and teach traditional fine arts and crafts and decoration techniques.

    The purpose of its establishment is to provide a high level practical place for Chinese and foreign audiences, especially young people, to study and study national traditional skills.

    At the same time, in line with the needs of patriotic education base and popular science education base, we should strive to create a good environment for participants to do their own exercises and interact with each other.

    The northern clothing catcher society is a student association composed of traditional culture lovers. They have strong interest in traditional dress culture and national culture. They have actively organized and repeatedly coordinated with the museum.


    The theme of "traditional printing in Xinjiang" is concerned with the traditional printing process of Xinjiang Uygur people, mainly using a wooden pattern with various patterns, like a seal, to dip the dye solution and print various patterns on the fabric to form printed cloth.

    In the event, Liu Qi, the deputy director of the museum, presented the collection of fine prints of Xinjiang printed cloth to the members of the museum, and roughly described the process.

    The tool used in the activity is a wooden seal specially copied by the museum and used by participants.

    Students use traditional tools to try on modern T-shirts, giving this traditional process a new look.

    In the process of activities, students feel the charm of traditional crafts, and broaden their thinking for their future design learning.
