Sino Vietnamese Shoe Leather Enterprise Cooperation Conference Fruitful

In September 20th, Vietnam and China shoes and leather enterprise Cooperation meeting was held in Hu Zhiming City guesthouse.

The conference was jointly sponsored by China leather and footwear industry research institute, China Leather magazine, Vietnam footwear and Leather Association and Hu Zhiming footwear and Leather Association.

Yang Chengjie, President of the leather and footwear industry Research Institute of China, Mr. Nguyen Thi Tong, vice chairman of Vietnam footwear and Leather Association, chairman of Vu Van Cham of the footwear and Leather Association of Hu Zhiming, all the members of the delegation of Chinese shoe leather delegation, and representatives of Vietnamese shoe leather and related enterprises attended the conference.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tong first, on behalf of the Vietnam footwear and Leather Association, warmly welcomed the arrival of the delegation of Chinese shoe leather enterprises. President Yang said that with the support of the footwear and Leather Association of Vietnam and Hu Zhiming, the inspection tour of the shoe and leather enterprises in China has achieved a more successful business trip. He expressed heartfelt thanks to Vietnam for its strong support.

He also said that China and Vietnam are two indispensable forces in the world leather and footwear industry. In recent years, the leather industry in Vietnam has developed very rapidly, and China and Vietnam have many advantages to complement each other. Therefore, the two shoe leather enterprises should strengthen cooperation.

The delegation visited Vietnam on the basis of cooperation, exchange and investment. He believed that Chinese and Vietnamese enterprises would be able to find more cooperation space and carry out wider exchanges.

After the speech by the Chinese and Vietnamese representatives, Nguyen Thi Tong also introduced the Vietnamese leather and footwear industry.

Members of the delegation asked questions on the topics of interest, including import tariffs on products such as leather materials, machinery and raw materials, Vietnam's government policies on Vietnam's investment in Vietnam, and the form of cooperation with Vietnamese enterprises. Nguyen Thi Tong answered the questions one by one.

Finally, the lady also mentioned that she is now preparing to apply for the establishment of a Sino Vietnamese cooperation zone by the Vietnamese government. If representatives of Chinese enterprises are willing to invest and develop in Vietnam, she will submit the plan to the Vietnamese government.

The proposal received unanimous support from the representatives of the participating enterprises.

The last part of the conference is the highlight of this Symposium - China and Vietnam shoe and leather enterprises face to face negotiations.

The representatives of all the participants were divided into several groups according to the tanning and shoemaking industry. Each team was equipped with several plators to solve the language barrier in the process of communication.

China's enterprises have produced the prepared company information to explain to Vietnamese enterprises. Some shoe materials enterprises also bring new products of the company, while Vietnamese enterprises introduce their own companies at the same time, hoping to have more cooperation with Chinese enterprises.

After the talks, Chinese and Vietnamese entrepreneurs exchanged business cards to facilitate better contacts and further cooperation in the future.

Cai Qingsan, deputy general manager of Jinjiang new Zhongyi plastic products Co., Ltd. also said that the close communication with Vietnamese enterprises has made great achievements this time, and their solo products are expected to open the market in Vietnam.

In addition, Li Kaihua, manager of Leather Industry Department of Honghua, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou, is also optimistic. They may soon be able to sell their products to Vietnam. He also jokes that the first business should earn at least the travel expenses.
