Sewing Machine Sewing Process

Machine sewing technology is sewing machine to stitch thread to connect garment piece to form a complete garment processing process.

The main processes are as follows:

Flat stitch: This is the most basic, most commonly used and most extensive machine sewing process in garment sewing.

There are two kinds of seam: inside and outside.

Outsourced joints are often used for sutures of men's shirts, trousers, jackets, Ka shirts and snowcoats. There are two sutures (1 sides of the line and bottom line) on the front, behind which is a bottom line, and the outer seams are called positive stitches.

The inner seam is often used for shoulder seam, side seam and sleeve seam. The stitching of polyester card or chemical fiber tunic and flat pants can be seen on the front side, and the bottom line is the reverse side.

Pressing seam: also called Ke stitch.

First press the seam according to the required stitch, then press it up according to the required position.

Roller stitching: only one suture can stitch the stubble of the seam seams evenly. One of the hem clips is wrapped with another suture.

The sewing method saves labor and saves the line, and uses thin and thin fabric to wrap the edges.

Partial pressure joint: also called split seam.

It is to press a line on the side of the seam on the basis of splitting, one is reinforcement, the other is to make the seam more smooth.

Used for crotch seams, sleeve joints and so on.
