The Footwear Industry In Sichuan Has Made Three Strides In Three Years.
In recent years, the footwear industry in Sichuan has been upgrading its industrial level through building brand and developing shoe making parks in the process of undertaking the "eastward shift of shoes to the west". The export has achieved rapid growth for 3 consecutive years.
In 2005, Sichuan shoes exports exceeded US $100 million for the first time, reaching US $160 million in 2006, and we have reached 197 million US dollars in 1-9 this year, up 58.5% over the same period, and we expect to reach US $250 million a year.
