    To speed up the development of automated textile machinery, high production, high efficiency, less manpower and emission reduction are not only the trend of technology in the future, but also the inevitable result of the current economic structural pformation.

    To see the current order of textile machinery enterprises "full", a big reason is that the foreign advanced textile machinery enterprises supply capacity can not meet the sudden increase in demand, and is not the symbol of our competitive advantage.


    Practice has proved that the difference between China's textile machinery and the world's advanced level is not only manifested in two dimensions (i.e. time, level), but also more importantly, the third dimension - reliability.


    Reliability is the most important basic performance, leaving reliability, high yield, high efficiency, low consumption and few people can not talk about it.

    The higher the degree of automation, the higher the reliability.

    The third dimension gap can not be reduced by tracking, importing, digesting, and innovating. Only by changing our concepts, can we adopt a strategy of technological leapfrogging.

    To improve the competitiveness of China's textile machinery, we need long-term vision and planning.

    To achieve this, we must abandon the idea of quick success and instant benefit and stand the loneliness.


    Famous brand enterprises usually have more than 10 years of technology and product development plan, and the renewal period of spinning machine products is usually around 10 years.

    We should not only focus on the existing products abroad, but also learn to use the technology foresight theory and methods (patent map, technology evolution mode and law) to study the existing standards, the next planning and development mode of developed countries, and predict the direction of our breakthrough in a scientific way by predicting the advanced level of 5~ in 10 years.


    Because of years of introduction and imitation, we are accustomed to tracking and reverse reverse engineering. Product development will start with detailed design, without complete product development experience, without the idea of conceptual design.

    For a long time, why textile machinery has made little progress in reliability? The fundamental reason is that reliability starts from conceptual design, and we do not experience this crucial stage.

    In the field of manufacturing, competition between China and the United States, China and the European Union, China and Japan is inevitable and growing.

    We all think that there are no decent spinning machinery companies in the United States, but the most advanced carpet tufting machine in the world is the product of American companies.

    Its high technology content is pformed into extremely high processing accuracy, extremely high production efficiency, little waste of raw materials and very low energy consumption.

    China's manufacturing industry also faces competition from countries with lower labour costs, such as Southeast Asian countries.

    What is the way out for China? To improve the capability of independent innovation and promote the pformation of industrial structure.


    5~10 will be an important period for China's manufacturing industry to play a big role in competition, and also the second long march of China's textile machinery industry from a big country to a powerful country.
