    The top five provinces of yarn production in 2010 were Shandong, Jiangsu, Henan, Zhejiang and Fujian. Their yarn production accounts for 26.91%, 16%, 14.72%, 7.91% and 6.78% of the national yarn output respectively, accounting for 72.32% of the total national yarn production.

    In 2010, the top six provinces of clothing production ranked Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Fujian and Jiangxi. Their clothing output accounted for 24.63%, 17.11%, 14.80%, 12.37%, 10.25% and 4.02% of the total clothing output respectively, accounting for 83.18% of the total, followed by Liaoning, Hebei, Shanghai, Hubei, Hubei and so on.

    At present, a number of excellent enterprises in China have begun to pform from the traditional management mode to the supply chain integration mode, and have set up the supply chain mode of product design, proofing, plate making, testing, production, logistics, brand marketing and channel construction, and embarked on the road of independent brand development.

    But at the same time, we can also notice that because of the general supply chain management level, many textile SMEs rely mainly on the mode of OEM export and substitute person processing.     1, technological development of key links is weak.

The main products are high-quality fiber and yarn products with sophisticated technology. These products are generally difficult to find in developing countries, thus becoming the textile raw materials monopolized by developed countries, and also a powerful guarantee for their huge profits.

    Our country lacks the ability to develop and produce new fibers and needs to be settled through imports.

    Because raw materials are in the hands of large fiber manufacturers abroad, not only the price is high, but also the source of supply is unstable.


    In the fabric manufacturing process located in the upper reaches of the value chain, the European and American countries, relying on these high-grade textile materials and complete technology of spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, and special expertise, can produce diversified fabrics under reasonable production conditions, and take the lead in popularity, variability, high quality and high added value.

    However, because of the relatively few varieties of new fibers and the unstable quality and lack of matching high-end spinning, weaving and dyeing and finishing technologies, the vertical integration technology chain of new fibers can not be formed, which has become a major obstacle to the upgrading of China's domestic fabric products, leading to many high-end fabrics directly dependent on imports.


    2, brand marketing channel construction capacity is weak.

    The developing countries, including China, are in the middle of the relatively low profit, added value and relatively low technology content, and are squeezed by the developed countries.

    At present, China's textile and garment industry mainly uses OEM production mode. Producers only account for 10% of the profits in the global textile value chain, and 90% of the profits belong to brand owners, wholesalers, distributors and retailers. These links are mostly monopolized by the importing countries and fall into the hands of the developed countries at the two ends of the industrial chain.


    The development and construction of brand marketing channels need a large amount of human capital investment. In the early stage of investment, it may be difficult to recover investment, but once the marketing channel is mature and recognized by the market, it will make the enterprise stable in the invincible position in the market competition. For example, the sales giants such as WAL-MART and Carrefour far abroad, such as Gome, Dazhong and Suning, are developing and growing up to the outside world. This is true. Brand marketing network and channel construction are very important for the three ends of the textile and garment enterprises: the clothing and home textile industry is very important.


    3, the construction of textile talent team is slow.
