According to the briefing, the opening ceremony of the twenty-second Dalian International Fashion Festival and International Carnival is scheduled to be held at 20 o'clock on September 3rd at Dalian Xinghai Plaza.
After the opening ceremony, there will be a big square carnival with the theme of "advancing city and passionate people".
The evening party will highlight the participation of the whole people, clothing characteristics and international color, and adopt a unique Carnival mode at a fixed location, with more than ten thousand people and 2 hours' time.
2011 China (Dalian) International Garment and Textile Fair, CO sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, China Textile Industry Association and Dalian municipal government, will be held in Dalian World Expo Plaza and Dalian Xinghai Convention and Exhibition Center from September 3rd to September 6th. It will be divided into two parts: professional exhibition area and retail Exhibition area.
