Ava, director of training, first introduced the complete "2011 Management Trainee Program" for students graduating from Raffles fashion marketing, fashion design and business management in Donghua.
Ava said that the plan aimed at the six major brands of the IgG group (ETAM, EHOMME, ETAM SPORTS, Lingerie, WEEKEND, E&JOY), through well-designed training programs, to tap talented elite students, and push them into several major functional departments, such as product development, design and operation.

It is understood that the 2011 Management Trainee Program of IgG clothing is mainly divided into pre service training, shop practice, departmental rotation and placement practice. The time is one week, 3 months, 3 months and 6 months respectively. Management trainees will enhance their professional knowledge and skills from three aspects, including internal training courses, professional courses and special teaching sessions, enrich relevant management knowledge and practical experience, and grow into an excellent member of the elite reserve of the brand group, so as to achieve a leap in self-professional life.
