Survey Of Global Textile Machinery Industry

    2011/8/18 9:31:00 58

International Textile Federation Global Textile Survey

According to international textile machinery pportation

    Statistics

To (2010), the volume of global textile machinery pportation increased significantly, and all sectors recovered significantly.

Textile machinery grew through investment for a long time and reached its peak in 2007.

After the global financial and economic crisis, new developments in 2008 and 2009

    machine

Transportation slowed sharply, and the pport volume of new textile machinery has resumed growth in 2010 last year.

Compared with 2009, almost all textile machinery has created a new pport volume. The pport volume of the spinning machine (short hair spindle) has increased by 75%, the spinning machine (long spindle) has increased by 163%, the rotor spinning machine has increased by 212%, the processing machine has increased by 132%, looms (shuttleless looms) have increased by 146%, the loom looms have increased by 36%, and the electronic pverse looms have increased by 187%.

According to the international textile machinery pport statistics report issued by the ITMF-International Textile Manufacturers Federation, textile machinery is divided into: spinning machine (spinning), processing (texturing) machine, weaving machine (weaving), knitting big circle (large circular knitting), knitting horizontal (flat) machine and finishing machine.

    1. spinning machine (Spinning Machinery)

The pport volume of short haired spindles (short-staple spindles) decreased by 33% and 17% in 2008 and 2009 respectively, and increased to 12 million 500 thousand spindles in 2010, up 75%, which is close to the 12 million 800 thousand figure in 2007.

Short haired spindles were mainly pported to Asia, accounting for 11 million 900 thousand spindles, accounting for 96%.

The mainland accepts 7 million 900 thousand ingots, accounting for 63% of the total freight volume, followed by India's 2 million 400 thousand ingots, 19%, Indonesia's 500 thousand ingots, 4%, Bangladesh 400 thousand spindles, 3.2% and Turkey 300 thousand spindles, accounting for 2.4%.

The long hair spindle (long-staple (wool-) spindles) increased to 84 thousand ingots last year, growing by 163%, mainly to Asia, accounting for 33 thousand and 400 spindles, 99% growth; Europe (including Turkey) 38 thousand and 400 spindles, 263% growth; and South America 11 thousand spindles, growing 139%.

The open-end rotors increased to 450 thousand ingots last year, an increase of 212% compared to 2009. It mainly pported 374 thousand ingots to Asia, accounting for 83%, of which mainland China accepted 323 thousand ingots, accounting for 72% of the total freight volume, followed by 24 thousand and 800 spindles in Brazil, 5.5%, 24 thousand and 600 spindles in India, 5.5%, and 21 thousand and 100 21 thousand and 100 in the United States, accounting for 21 thousand and 100 and Turkey's ingots.

    2. Texturing Machinery

The pportation volume of single heater draw-texturing spindles (for polyamide filaments) increased from 2880 in 2009 to 63 thousand and 240 ingots last year, with an increase rate of 2095%. Among them, the largest investment in mainland China was 44 thousand and 700 spindles, accounting for 71% of the world's total, followed by 13 thousand and 500 ingots in Brazil, 21%, 3000 in Belarus, 4.7% in 4.7% and 1728 in Taiwan, accounting for 2.7%.

The pportation volume of double heater draw-texturing spindles (for polyester filament) was increased from 248 thousand ingots in 2009 to 518 thousand ingots last year, with an increase rate of 109% and a record high.

The largest investor took 365 thousand ingots to mainland China, to 71%, followed by India 54 thousand, 10%, Vietnam 20 thousand and 600, 4%, Thailand 13 thousand and 200, 2.5%, Japan 12 thousand and 200, 2.4%, Turkey 7000, accounting for 7000 and Brazil's ingot.

    3. loom (Weaving Machinery)

    Last year

    Global

The pport capacity of shuttleless loom (shuttle-less looms) was 107 thousand, an increase of 146% over 2009, including 16 thousand rapier/projectile (looms), 32% (17 thousand and 700), 17 thousand and 700 air-jet looms (110% increase) and 73 thousand and 300 water jet looms (water-jet looms) (537% increase).

On the one hand, increased demand for shuttle looms is increased investment by companies and new companies.

About 97% shuttleless looms were pported to Asia, of which 89 thousand and 400 were in mainland China, accounting for 84%, 5400 in India, accounting for 5%, followed by 2400 in Indonesia, 2.2%, 2300 in Bangladesh, 2.1% in South Korea and 1000 in Vietnam.

    4. circular and horizontal looms (Circular & Flat Knitting Machinery)

The pport volume of circular loom (circular knitting machines) last year was 34 thousand and 500 units, growing 36%, the highest since 2000. 92% of them pported to Asia, including 26 thousand and 400 in mainland China, accounting for 77%, followed by 1370 in India, 4%, followed by Bangladesh 1330, 3.8%, 1000 in Turkey, 2.9% and 2.9% in Brazil.

In the aspect of electronic flat knitting machines, last year, the global pport volume of 51 thousand and 130 units grew by 187%, mainly due to the growth of the mainland market and the acceptance of the market by more textile machinery factories.

94% of them sold to Asia and Europe accounted for 3.9%.

In Asia, China received 37 thousand and 800 electronic flat knitting machines, accounting for 74%, followed by Bangladesh 4960, accounting for 9.7%, 2760 in Hongkong, 5.4%, 1350 in Turkey, 2.6% in Khmer and 790 in Khmer.
