This year coincides with the establishment of China Internet association 10th anniversary, China Internet Conference. Hold? The tenth session. Over the past 10 years, the China Internet association has played an important role in uniting leading practitioners in the Internet industry, promoting industrial development and strengthening industry self-discipline. The theme of this year's conference is "Network China - responsibility and vitality", reflecting the deep thinking of the industry on the development of the Internet industry.

Responsibility and vitality are always a very important topic in the Internet industry, which is related to the current development and long-term development of the Internet. The rapid development of the Internet and its application in China has had an increasingly important impact on our life, work and even our society as a whole. Therefore, what we call responsibility here is the industry responsibility and social responsibility that the Internet industry should fulfill, and the vitality mentioned above is the vitality of the development and social development of the Internet industry. China's Internet construction, application and management achievements are remarkable. At present, the number of Internet users in China has reached 485 million, and the Internet penetration rate has reached 36.2%. We should further enhance the supply capacity of online cultural products and services, disseminate the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, enhance the dissemination of high quality culture in the Internet and mobile media, and strive to make all kinds of cultural products and services such as public opinion, science and technology education, culture and entertainment, news publishing, radio, film and television all conform to the mainstream values and conform to the requirements of advanced socialist culture. This is a major move to strengthen the construction of the network civilization. Five, we must conscientiously fulfill the responsibility of maintaining network information security. The Internet has become an important infrastructure of the country. Information on the Internet is an important strategic resource of the country and is closely related to the life of the masses. Earnestly safeguarding network operation safety and network information security is the fundamental requirement for safeguarding national security and fundamental interests of the people, promoting economic development and cultural prosperity, and maintaining social harmony and stability. The greater the power and influence of network media, the higher the security and reliability of network media. At present, China's network information security is facing severe challenges. Internet damages public interests and infringes on other people's rights and interests. Illegal and harmful information has been banned repeatedly. Especially hacker attacks, has become a serious threat to network security. Statistics show that nearly 500 thousand Internet hacking attacks occurred in China last year, of which nearly half of the supply came from overseas. China is one of the main victims of hacker attacks in the world. Chinese law prohibits hacker attacks in any name and in any form. Facts have proved that maintaining network security is the common responsibility of all countries in the world. We should maintain the safety of network operation and safeguard the security of information content on the Internet. The Internet industry is the main body to maintain network security.
