3G network construction continues to push forward, TD-LTE scale trial network is progressing smoothly, mobile Internet has developed rapidly, and triple play has made positive progress.

The 12th Five-Year plan clearly put forward the need to promote the deep integration of informatization and industrialization, comprehensively enhance the level of information in all fields of economic and social development, and particularly emphasize the need to speed up the development of new generation of information technology.

First, speed up the pace of network infrastructure construction.

Based on broadband technology, mobile technology, IPv6 technology and network architecture optimization technology, we strive to build broadband, converged, ubiquitous and secure and reliable information communication network infrastructure.

Focus on optical broadband, speed up the broadband development of information networks, and strive to enhance broadband network coverage and access capabilities.

We will improve the construction of the third generation mobile communication network, carry out LTE scale commercial demonstration, and promote the development of TD-LTE's overall industrial chain.
