The development of capital declaration notice has decided to provide financial support for enterprise brand development projects completed in the first half of 2007 to the first half of 2011. Five types of projects, such as domestic and foreign trade marks, patent registration and so on, will be supported by enterprises in order to create goods and service brands. The total support of each enterprise is up to 400 thousand yuan.

Financial support projects include: first, trademark registration and patent registration for the creation of goods and service brands; acquisition of pfer fees and notarization fees for well-known brands both inside and outside China.

The two is the participation of famous brand enterprises in the domestic and international brand exhibitions sponsored by the provincial or above units, and the booth fees and public exhibition fees of international famous exhibitions.

The three is the cost of legal proceedings, arbitration and agency for the protection of intellectual property rights.

Four is the international market (national or regional) entry requirements of product certification, such as ISO9000 series quality management system standard certification, ISO14000 series of environmental management system certification, OHSAS18000 occupational health and safety management system certification, SA8000 social responsibility standard certification and other industry certification fees.

Five is to guide and promote key industries related to the national economy and people's livelihood and important independent brand building activities.

Including domestic or domestic holding enterprises registered in Hainan province and having independent legal person qualification, enterprise products or service brands are trademarks of enterprises and registered trademarks at the industrial and commercial administrative departments at or above the provincial level; they have sound financial management system and good financial status; record business according to law, pay taxes, and have no record of bad faith; the sales revenue of enterprises has increased a certain amount for three consecutive years; the brand evaluated by the Ministry of Commerce, the time-honored brand of China, and the brand establishment and demonstration enterprises identified by Hainan provincial chamber of Commerce and the famous brand products of Hainan province.

Support

The proportion is not more than 50%, the support limit of a single project is 200 thousand yuan, and the total support of each enterprise is not more than 400 thousand yuan.

Government projects supported by other government funds can not be repeated to apply for financial support.

Eligible enterprises can apply to the Provincial Department of Commerce before October 30th of this year.
