Hainan has a state approved trade policy for Vietnam.

Regional advantages and policy advantages have prompted Hainan to choose Vietnam as a breakthrough in strengthening economic and trade cooperation with ASEAN.

With the help of Chinese embassies and consulates in Vietnam, Hainan made the two visit to Hainan by using the Vietnamese Prime Minister Ranjig.
