Guangdong Fengkai Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has achieved the research and industrialization of the high speed rapier electronic label jacquard loom, and the new multi-functional sizing machine of Zhengzhou textile machinery Limited by Share Ltd has achieved new achievements after implementation.

In the compound spinning production line project, the Dalian synthetic fiber Research Institute Co., Ltd. adopts the new type of mixing and fluidized bed crystallization device to complete the R & D and industrialization of the ultra fine composite spinning production line, and has made new achievements. Beijing Zhongli Machine Co., Ltd. adopts the high efficiency, energy saving and two box composite spinning technology to realize the industrialization of the new composite spinning production line. The Zhengzhou textile machinery Limited by Share Ltd has developed the differential polyester staple fiber flexible production line. The intelligent high-speed elastic wire machine developed by Wuxi Hongyuan spinning machine has 12 national patents, of which 3 invention patents.
Through the implementation of the "new textile equipment" project, a number of new knitting machinery products have developed rapidly.
Fujian Jinjiang Acer Machinery Co., Ltd.'s R & D and industrialization of the anti lap computer jacquard machine has been mass produced; the HGF43-24-1 type multi bar jacquard warp knitting machine of Fujian Xin Gang Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. has achieved mass production; the new high-speed, middle distance and tricot warp knitting machines of Changde textile machinery company have achieved mass production; the needle tube production of Fujian Quanzhou Zheng Xin spinning machine company has realized specialized production of parts and components; all kinds of circular knitting machines, needles, needle materials and forgings are all imported from abroad, and 88 imported needle and groove grooves are installed on the upper and lower floors, which produce more than 10 thousand needles for each year, and serve for the main engine.
In the energy saving and emission reduction printing and dyeing new technology project, Shaoyang high temperature and high pressure air flow dyeing machine and new energy-efficient, energy saving, emission reduction, water saving and continuous pre-processing equipment have been implemented, and achieved good economic benefits.
