Undertaking Eastern Industrial Transfer and constructing ecological textile industry demonstration zone are important measures to speed up the adjustment and upgrading of Ningxia's industrial structure and promote the economic and social development of the autonomous region.

In February 21st this year, the autonomous region development and Reform Commission formally reported to the national development and Reform Commission on the implementation plan of Ningxia to undertake the eastern ecological textile industry pfer demonstration garden.

The plan approved by the national development and Reform Commission made it clear that the main task of the demonstration area is to explore new modes of industrial pfer undertaking development and new ways of regional cooperation, and to innovate and accumulate experience in structural adjustment, innovation and development, regional cooperation, improvement of people's livelihood, and strive to build an undertaking industrial pfer demonstration area with industrial structure optimization, outstanding innovation ability, beautiful ecological environment and comprehensive and coordinated development, and give play to the role of leading Ningxia and demonstrating the northwest.
