Cotton prices rise in the spring because of the sequelae of autumn wear

For the prediction of spring clothing price reduction, the expert also said that even if the price of raw materials and cotton fell, clothing enterprises still belonged to high and low prices, and the cost of manpower, pportation and so on all had variables.
