Notice On The Competition Rules For The 2008 Anta National Volleyball Grand Prix

Related units: the 2008 Anta National Grand Prix women's group competition will be held from January 3, 2008 to January 27th. The men's group competition will be held from February 14, 2008 to March 9th.

In order to make the overall work of the Grand Prix as early as possible, well arranged and smoothly carried out, the competition rules and technical manuals of the Anta National Volleyball Grand Prix 2008 are issued.

All units concerned should conscientiously prepare the team's preparations according to the competition rules and technical manuals.

Competition rules: first, the date and place of the competition: from January 3, 2008 to January 27th, it was held in Jiangsu and Zhejiang.

Men's line: from February 14, 2008 to March 9th, held in Zhejiang and Jiangsu.

Two. Take part in the women's group: 2007-2008 years of the national volleyball league's top twelve sports teams, a total of 12 teams to participate in the competition.

(if the top twelve teams are unable to compete for special circumstances, the first ten teams will be added later).

Men's group: the top eight teams in the 2007-2008 years of the National Volleyball League, a total of 8 teams, participated in the competition.

(if the top eight teams are unable to compete for special circumstances, the first eight teams will be added later).

Three, registration and registration (1) registration: 1. applicants: each team can report 1 leaders, 1 doctors, 1 coaches, 1 coaches, 1 assistant coaches, and 18 athletes (including season temporary pfer athletes). The national team does not take up the original quota. 2. qualification: (1) the final confirmation of the qualification of athletes should be confirmed at least 24 hours before the start of the competition. The 12 athletes should be recognized as competitors. The qualification is not changed (excluding the national team members) once the qualification is confirmed. Each team should fill in the "B2" table (the confirmation list) uniformly printed by the Chinese Volleyball Association, and give confirmation before the qualification examination before the competition.

(2) coaches and athletes participating in the National Volleyball Grand Prix must be coaches and athletes registered in the Chinese Volleyball Association. The registration qualification shall be implemented according to the regulations on the registration of the Chinese Volleyball Association.

Tour guides and coaches should not compete with athletes.

Coaches and athletes must participate in the registration certificate issued by the Chinese Volleyball Association.

(3) athletes must be examined by the medical department to prove that healthy people can sign up for the National Volleyball Grand Prix, and the official seal of the medical department must be added to the B1 form.

(4) the national team will not be restricted by the quota of participants when the training team returns to the original unit to participate in the National Volleyball Grand Prix.

(5) foreign players: each team can pfer to 2 foreign players.

(6) allow temporary pfer of the season, the pfer quota is not limited, the pfer time is not limited, the Chinese Volleyball Association does not charge the pfer fee for the temporary pfer during the National Grand Prix. The pfer fee is negotiated between the relevant sports teams, but the pfer agreement is reported to the volleyball Center for approval. (7) the coaches and athletes must be insured by the representative units for medical treatment, accident injuries and other insurance matters.

The District Management Committee must examine the health certificate and insurance certificate when the qualification examination is conducted.

Participants who fail to provide health certificates and insurance certificates must issue a guarantee of liability by the units they represent.

(8) doctors should be professional medical personnel with legal documents and have the knowledge and ability to deal with emergencies and traumas.

(two) report: the teams will report to each race area two days before the competition.

Four, the competition method (1) the women's group is divided into the station and finals, a total of five stations, 54 games.

The division is divided into 2007-2008 years according to the performance of the national volleyball league matches. The number of hosts is 1 or 2, and the rest teams are ranked 3-12 according to the order of the league matches.

Sub station competition (three weeks, 2-20 January 2008): first stop (first week Wednesday, Sunday, January 2-6), Zhejiang,:1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11; (Zhejiang, 3, 5, 7, 7, 7) for single round robin.

Second stops (second weeks, Wednesday, Sunday, January, 9-13, Jiangsu):2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12; (Jiangsu, 4, 6, 8, 8, 8) for single round robin.

The third stop (third weeks, Thursday, Sunday, January 17th -20, Zhejiang): second teams of sports teams and host teams, excluding the host three, participated in the four rounds of the competition, the first three rounds of single round robin and fourth rounds of 1-2, 3-4 finals, four days.

The fourth stop (third weeks, Thursday, Sunday, January 17th -20, Jiangsu): the first team and the host team of the first station, excluding the host, participated in the competition. They carried out four rounds, the first three rounds of single round robin, and fourth rounds of 1-2, 3-4 finals, four days in the first three rounds of the competition.

The finals (Thursday, 4th, January 24th, Jiangsu, January 24th): the top three teams who won the total score in the final of the match were selected to join the host women's volleyball team to participate in the finals, and finally decided the ranking of the first to four place in this grand prix.

The 5-12 teams who won the total score of the division will no longer take part in the finals of the 4th round. The total score of their sub stations is the final ranking of this grand prix.

The finals will be held in the four round, the first three rounds of single round robin, and the 1-2 round of 3-4 rounds in the fourth round.

(two) men's group matches (February 14, 2008 -3 9) are divided into seven sub stations and 56 finals.

The division is divided into 2007-2008 years according to the performance of the national volleyball league matches. The number of hosts is 1 or 2, and the rest teams are ranked 3-8 according to the order of the league matches.

The second stop (first week, Thursday, Sunday, February 14th -17, Jiangsu):2, 4, 6, 8; (Jiangsu, 4, 6, 8) carried out four rounds of competition, the first three rounds of single round robin, fourth rounds according to the first three rounds of competition, 1-2, 3-4 final, 3-4 days.

The third stops (second weeks, Thursday, Sunday, February 21st -24, Zhejiang):1, 3, 6, 8; (Zhejiang, 3, 6, 8) carry out four rounds of competition, the first three rounds of single round robin, the fourth round according to the first three rounds of the competition, 1-2, and the final match.

The team that won the 5-8 place in the race will not take part in the finals of the fourth week, with the result being fifth place.

The finals will be held in the four round, the first three rounds of single round robin, and the 1-2 round of 3-4 rounds in the fourth round.

(three) score calculation: 1, 4 points per station, second points 3 points, third points 2 points, fourth points 1 points; 2, if the total score is equal, if the total score is equal, then calculate the Z value (total score / total loss score) if the total integral is equal; if the Z value is equal, then calculate the C value (the total win / total negative), if the C value is still equal, then draw lots to decide the match or 1-8 position.

(four) the bonus is set up for the National Volleyball Grand Prix.

A) teams can get basic prize money of RMB 20000 yuan.

B) the winners of each competition in each round of the round robin are awarded RMB $8 000, and the winner of each match is awarded RMB 2 million yuan.

C) the final round 1-2, 3-4 of the stations set up the prize, the first nine thousand yuan, second thousand yuan, third thousand yuan, fourth thousand yuan.

Five, competition rules implement the 2005-2008 year rule of FIVB.

Six, competition clothing and game ball (1) competition clothing: the competition clothing includes the sports coat, the match suit, the shorts, the socks, when the competition each team coach, athlete's clothing, the match clothing must have the pattern unification, the color is identical, and the "B1" table on the clothing color.

A) the coat number of the player must be No. 1-18.

B) the color and brightness of the clothes before and in the middle of the dress coat must be distinctly different from the coat. The front number must not be less than 15 centimeters high, the number behind the body must not be less than 20 centimeters high and the number stroke width is at least 2 centimeters.

C) there should be a ribbon mark of 8 cm long and 2 cm wide in the front of the captain's coat.

The team name and advertisement can be developed on the front of the jacket. Its position is on the upper edge of the number, and the size is 10 centimeters and 30 centimeters.

D) the uniform of the competition clothing is used by Anta brand sportswear equipment.

E) special description 1: in view of the special characteristics of the Beijing Olympic year's event arrangement, the 2008 Grand Prix and the tournament start time correspondingly advanced, making Anta company too late to design and produce new volleyball sportswear equipment. Therefore, the 2008 Anta National Volleyball Grand Prix tournament will no longer provide Anta's clothing equipment for each participating team, and the corresponding costumes will be reissued in the next tournament.

F) special description 2: Anta will provide Anta's specially designed volleyball shoes for each team during the competition, and listen to the views of the teams on the new competition shoes.

(two) match ball: MIKASA (model MV200) match ball.

Seven, the management committee, the National Volleyball Grand Prix, set up a management committee, which is responsible for exercising the supervisory power and guiding power on behalf of the National Sports Administration's volleyball management center. The work of the CMC is uniformly supervised and managed by the volleyball sports management center of the State General Administration of sport. Its members are selected by the volleyball management center of the State General Administration of sport.

Eight, the referee's referee for the National Volleyball Grand Prix is selected by the State Sports General Administration's volleyball management center, and the auxiliary judges are selected from each competition area and reported to the volleyball Center for examination and record.

Nine, penalties for violating discipline in the National Volleyball Grand Prix will be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and the discipline regulations of the China Volleyball Association.
