Bosteng, who has always claimed to develop the non down business, has finally taken a key step.

Yesterday, Bosideng announced that it would acquire 70% stake in Di Hui and Lang Hui global through its wholly owned subsidiary, Jesse International Holdings, with 892 million 500 thousand yuan. The latter two already own many women's clothing brands such as "JESSIE" and "Le Mauve".
The two garment companies can also provide women's clothing design, brand marketing and planning and other fashion related services.
By the end of September this year, Bosideng had 81 self operated stores and 172 franchised stores.

After the completion, Bosideng will increase 253 stores.
Bosideng made such a move and the decline in last year's financial performance is not related, as of the 2011 fiscal year March 31, 2011, Bosideng achieved sales revenue of 7 billion 380 million yuan, an increase of 22.65% over the same period.
