Global Market Deep Game China Manufacturing Trade Friction Arrow Hard To Prevent
Not only is it not easy, but the strings are tighter.
World Trade Organization (WTO) expert group ruled EU to China

For 5 years, the anti-dumping measures were irregularities, but Liang Yifen, deputy general manager of Guangzhou graceful shoe manufacturing Co., Ltd. did not see a glimmer of joy, because "EU follow-up measures will follow."
On the 110th Canton Fair, trade frictions,
Trade
Protection is still the shadow of Chinese enterprises.
Affected by the global economic downturn, the US debt and European debt crisis and other factors, the world
market
With the increasing competition, trade frictions and trade protection against "made in China" are becoming more frequent.
Many market participants believe that Chinese enterprises should actively respond to litigation and advocate legitimate rights and interests.
At the same time, trade associations should also play the role of industry leaders to help enterprises fully understand industrial information, familiarity with international rules, enhance management pparency, and continuously enhance the right to speak in international trade.
Economic downturn intensified against trade frictions made in China
Liang Yifen told reporters that she was worried that the EU would introduce some more covert trade protection measures, such as environmental protection, design, safety and other aspects of the product made special requests, enterprises may be excluded from the EU, in fact, this situation has happened before.
In recent years, influenced by the global economic downturn, trade protectionism has been on the rise. "Made in China" has always been a hot target of trade friction and trade barriers in the global market.
Shortly after the "deregulation" of leather shoes, the European Union decided in September to impose anti-dumping duties on tiles imported from China, with a maximum tax rate of 69.7%.
Liu Keyong, the two manager of the Italian ceramics market in Foshan, seems to be a bit of a believer in the export trade of ceramic products.
"After the 2008, the European and American markets began to shrink, and they encountered European Union anti-dumping investigations. They gradually turned their attention to emerging markets such as South America and Russia. Not long after, they encountered anti-dumping rulings from Brazil, Argentina and Korea."
Liu Keyong said.
Xiao Yaofei, deputy director of the international economic and Trade Research Center of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, believes that since the financial crisis in 2008, the economic recession has led to a decline in demand from overseas markets. In order to safeguard their own interests, Europe and the United States have adopted a more stringent anti-dumping investigation against the exporting countries. The newly industrialized countries need more development space for their manufacturing industry, and anti-dumping duties against China are also increasing for the purpose of protecting their own enterprises.
"Nowadays, there are more and more anti-dumping cases involving China, and more and more money is involved, involving areas extending from traditional developed countries to developing countries, and trade protectionism showing a diversified trend."
Xiao Yaofei said.

Trade friction has become a new weapon to suppress China's industrial upgrading and pformation.
At this Canton Fair, many Chinese enterprises have mentioned a noteworthy trend: some emerging industries are becoming the focus of trade friction and trade barriers in some developed countries.
"Solar energy industry is a typical example."
Luo Hao, the head of a solar photovoltaic product manufacturer in Shenzhen, told reporters that after the US dealers heard that China's photovoltaic products might be charged with 100% anti-dumping duties, they demanded a moratorium on orders, resulting in a large backlog of products and bringing more than a million yuan losses to the enterprises.
"In fact, all kinds of trade frictions launched against China's photovoltaic industry are totally unreasonable. Many factories that export to Europe and America in China are invested by European and American enterprises. After the sanctions, they are victims of their own businesses and consumers, as well as the green environmental protection industry of the whole ball industry.
In the final analysis, these countries are trying to restrain China's hi-tech industries at the same level as them.
Yao Wenping, vice president of China Chamber of Commerce for import and export of mechanical and electrical products, said.
Luo Hao believes that China's PV manufacturing industry has not been heavily subsidized by the government as some European and American members have accused. The relative price advantage of China's PV products is entirely the result of market competition.
Because the proportion of the US market in the global PV market is not large, the impact of this trade war is limited, and the result of this trade war is that the price of components in the US market is rising.
Experts call on enterprises to give up the idea of free riding
Reporters in the survey found that in the face of the accusation of anti-dumping accusations coming from overseas markets, many enterprises showed a wait-and-see attitude besides worries.
Liu Keyong said that enterprises do not want to sue, but feel that they are weak and are not familiar with the rules of international trade, and feel that they do not have the ability.
Industry analysts said that in the case of anti-dumping allegations, "free riding" is a relatively common practice for domestic enterprises, because litigation involves all aspects of cost and daily management. Many enterprises are unwilling to take their own actions, and expect industry associations or industry leading enterprises to come forward to help with everything.
Xiao Yaofei said that responding to litigation is a major event involving the future development of the whole industry. In the face of anti-dumping allegations, every enterprise in the industry should take the initiative to collect materials and actively quote evidence.
In this process, trade associations must play the role of "leading sheep" in the industry, and organize enterprises in the industry to form joint efforts and actively advocate rights and interests.
Xiao Yaofei believes that foreign trade enterprises should learn more about international laws and regulations, keep abreast of the latest developments in the industry, and constantly improve their products. In addition, they should engage in the operation of enterprises according to international rules and increase the pparency of enterprises' information. This will help to ease the doubts about the prices of domestic products in overseas markets, and even if there is any anti-dumping or trade friction in the future, it will be easier to collect evidence for prosecution.
"In the face of anti-dumping accusation, enterprises must respond positively, though they may not succeed, but they are better than passive beating."
Xiao Yaofei said.
