After the acquisition of new cotton this year, the quality and Technology Supervision Bureau of the Autonomous Region decided to carry out cotton quality supervision and inspection from September 15th to December 25th, and started the campaign of "double 100" campaign for cotton purchase quality inspection (100 people in Xinjiang organize 100 days' inspection).

All localities are required to conduct regular inspections of all cotton acquisition stations and processing plants in the jurisdiction, with a total coverage of 100%.

The whole area shall check and inspect the processing plant of the purchasing station to achieve 1550 times, and check up more than 1550 of the seed cotton stacks.

Over the past years, the acquisition and processing units with more problems in the inspection should increase the inspection frequency, and the problems should be tracked and implemented.

We should mainly investigate and deal with illegal activities such as acquisition of super water cotton, mixed purchase, mixed and so on, not taking effective measures to exclude foreign fibers and other illegal activities. We should focus on spot check whether there is a phenomenon of false high grade in the lint of cotton wrapped without public inspection. We should focus on investigating the behavior of the lint itself after the public inspection, and conduct supervision and inspection on all cotton lint without public inspection. The proportion of sampling inspection of cotton bales should be no less than 50%, and the small cotton can be sampled by 100%.

At the same time, the autonomous region Fiber Inspection Bureau launched the first round of on-site inspection and sampling work for the notarization laboratory, and formulated a special supervision and inspection plan for cotton purchasing and processing quality, and sent working teams to conduct inspections in key areas respectively.

At present, there are 1110 seed cotton stacks, weighing 118 thousand tons, weighing 115 tons, weighing 8.7%, and tracking 4397 cotton farmers on sale.
