Regarding labor, Mr Zhang pointed out that in recent years, the staff structure of China's shoe making enterprises has been further optimized, and the production environment and living environment have been further improved. The introduction of digital equipment has increased production efficiency, and the industry has begun to pfer orderly from east to west from south to North. In terms of market trends, Zhang pointed out that urbanization, consumption upgrading and network consumption have become an important aspect of stimulating footwear consumption growth.
