How To Collect Leather Clothing?

Leather garments (leather jackets, fur coats, leather vests, leather pants, leather skirts, etc.) are now in the collection season.

As the skin contains protein components, special attention should be paid to avoid dampness, moldy and insect pests.

In collecting, we must do the following five points:

First, if you are stained with oil or dirt when you wear it, wipe the surface dust with clean cotton cloth and gently wipe it with a flannelette or neutral detergent or egg whites. After cleaning the dirt, wipe it with clean water and hang it in the ventilating place to dry. Do not use fire to bake or put it in the sun.

Second, if it is found that the leather clothing is torn, the seam is off, the button is missing, the zipper is out of order and the clip is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time.

Third, the skin wrinkle can be ironed by electric iron. The temperature is generally between 60-70 degrees Celsius.

If leather surface has lost its luster, use "leather polish" polish, but do not use shoe polish to wipe.

Leather polishing is not difficult, as long as the cloth dipped in the liquid, gently coated on the clothes for one or two times.

Generally speaking, once every two or three years, the gloss of leather clothing can be maintained and the service life of leather clothing can be prolonged.

Fourth, it is best to hang clothes hangers in wardrobe while collecting, but do not hang up with other woollen and chemical fabrics, and can be separated from cotton cloth.

It can also be placed in the box. It should be put flat and not folded.

Because of the long folding, wrinkle marks are hard to recede.

Avoid camphor pills or insect repellent chemicals in the box, so as not to cause chemical reactions and coloring.

Fifth, after the rainy season, the leather clothing must be taken out to check whether there is mildew.

If there is mildew, wipe the mold in time and put it in the sunshine for eight or nine hours in the morning for an hour.
