This time, the "CBA Anta equipment design competition" finals adopted a very rare closed training form in the industry. The aim is to give more professional training to grassroots designers, and create an opportunity for them to grow into masters.

In November 30th, 12 athletes who arrived in the final of the CBA Anta equipment design competition arrived at Anta headquarters in Jinjiang and began a closed training for seven days.

Then came the days when they were nervous, intense and fulfilling in their lives. They watched the VS 81 competition of the Fujian team on the CBA field. After the match, they exchanged the basketball equipment with Yang Chao and Zhang Tianbao of the CBA pop star Fujian. After visiting the Anta sports science laboratory, all night long, the design improved, and the original works were even pushed back.

Contestants began to introduce themselves at the meeting of young grass roots closing finals in the design field.

Where they came from, what stories they had, and everything became clearer.

Tang Shidong, a senior student majoring in fashion design at Minzu University of China, entered the final with the broth of the nest design.

Tang Shidong was in tears when he mentioned whether his parents knew he was in the finals.

Because of this, parents who are still in their hometown do not want him to call home even if they want to know his news again.

So Tang Shidong did not tell his parents about the finals.

Zhang Kai, Harbin University of Science and Technology, was too excited to sleep after winning the finals of the CBA Anta equipment design competition. He was lucky to be able to enter the finals and be proud of his design ability. The most important thing is to thank the organizers of the competition, not only providing opportunities to show his talent, but also flying for the first time in his life.

The 12 finalists were mostly children of three or four years older than Tang Shidong and Zhang Kai, mostly ordinary people.

Compared with design masters, they are only the young roots of the design community, but obviously they have a greater common ground -- love for sports and design.

They are grass roots, but not willing to sink.

Relatively speaking, the weak link of competitors is the professional knowledge of sports equipment.

During the closed training, Anta's sports science lab played a role. "Every pair of sports shoes need different materials for their forefoot and heel.

The front foot must be well elastic.

In material testing, the ball can be sprung up very high, indicating that the elasticity is very good. If it can not bounce or play very low, it shows that the elasticity is very poor.

The heel of sports shoes is exactly the opposite of that of the forefoot for elasticity.

In the lab, the finalists knew that each design product had to be tested on tens of thousands of "walking" experiments and "bending" experiments on extremely professional laboratory equipment before it could be put into production.

Huang Xiaohong, a third year student at Quanzhou Normal University, told reporters after a visit to Anta's sports science laboratory, smiling in Mandarin with a Fujian accent. "Amazed, this is super professional!

Should professional basketball equipment design be "more functional than form sense" or "form sense is more important than functional"?

The former means that when designing, more emphasis is placed on the convenience of movement, while the latter focuses more on the fashion of design.

After fifth days of closed training, the players in the robe team and the players in the war boots group are talking about their different design concepts.

This is not a purely friendship debating contest. The elaboration of the design concept by the contestants is included in the final results of each person.

The finalists first explain their work, then ask questions by the judges, and finally summarize their works.

The final design reply is as strict as graduation thesis defense.

It is still unknown whether the champion will end up in the closing finals.
