However, the environmental protection situation of China's footwear industry is still very grim. The content of azo, formaldehyde and six valent chromium in raw materials is far beyond the standard. In the production process, the use of adhesives containing three benzene in the production process is restricted to the export market in Europe and the United States.

    However, many enterprises believe that because some shoe making enterprises use traditional oil-based adhesives, and these adhesives contain more than 80% solvent, every year, a large number of organic solvents are released into the atmosphere.     Domestic shoemaking enterprises from various aspects such as equipment, shoe sole material, shoe upper fabric to glue use and so on, will be improved in many ways to cope with the test of "green".

    In the process of humanistic care in today's world, the green brand image of enterprises and industries plays a very important role in sustainable development. In the global green consumption movement, there is a set of figures in foreign countries that can illustrate the problem: 84% of Dutch people, 89% of Americans and 90% of Germans will take into account the environmental standards of their products when purchasing goods.

Enterprises should gradually realize the export from products to capital output, brand output, adjust product mix, improve product quality and grade, and increase the added value of products.

    Only in this way can the shoe enterprises guarantee their favorable position when they export.


    She stressed that the footwear industry in Guangdong must strengthen its independent innovation, play its own brand, increase the added value of products, enhance the overall image, and achieve another success in the next ten years.
