Zhang Jianguo: the difficulty of automatic doffing roving machine is mainly the form of collective automatic doffing of roving machine. Germany's Tsing Ze company 670 automatic doffing roving machine and Italy marzlee company FT1D automatic doffing roving machine technology has matured, its collective automatic doffing form has become a patented technology. The JWF1418A type automatic doffing roving machine developed by ourselves is developed to avoid the patent barrier of foreign technology. Through the Internet, remote monitoring and fault remote diagnosis of equipment parameters can be realized. Through remote monitoring, technicians can monitor and control the running state and various parameters of production system and field equipment without visiting the scene. Zhang Jianguo: in 2001, Tianjin Hongda developed the JWF1418 automatic doffing roving machine and made a prototype. As the JWF1418 type automatic doffing roving machine adopts the upper spindle flyer, when the yarn is filled and the vent pipe is emptied, the lower part of the bobbin tube should be held by the mechanical hand holding the yarn discharge tube. During the long-term use, the success rate of its action can not meet the requirements of the textile mill, and the reliability and stability of the full yarn should be further improved. In the process of production, some technical difficulties have been found. In 2011, the company sold to Wenzhou Tiancheng and other companies a total of 30 JWF1418A type automatic doffing roving machine. At present, many enterprises have the intention to order JWF1418A type automatic doffing roving machine, the size is about about 300000 spindles.
