The overall mechanical structure has been analyzed by kinematics, dynamics and finite element analysis. The structure has been optimized, the mechanical vibration of the whole machine has been reduced, and the noise has been reduced. The new pallet conveyance mechanism, the small roller misalignment management mechanism and the new gas frame movement mechanism have been adopted to achieve the accuracy of the tube top pulling and pipe insertion, ensure the reliability of the collective doffing system and improve the doffing efficiency; innovate the new steel collar plate lifting system with the segmental positioning of the arc guide wheel and the lateral compression of the ball head plunger, so that the long run operation of the ring frame does not move forward and meets the spinning requirements of different fibers; and the new type of spindle tension device is adopted to make the system free of adjustment, good consistency and constant speed difference. The project is for JWF1562 long spinning machine.

According to the introduction, the JWF1562 series is a new generation spinning machine for high-end customers launched by Jingwei Yuci company. It is a replacement product of F1520, with the largest spindle number of 1200 spindles.

The most prominent feature of the product is high speed, stability, energy saving and labor saving.

Once the machine was launched in January 2011, it was approved by the majority of users.

Relying on the technical foundation of JWF1561 and F1520, JWF1562 has used the excellent spinning section of Jingwei spinning frame. Starting from the details, in order to solve the shortcomings existing in the operation of the existing spinning frame, it has made substantial breakthroughs in the aspects of rack, spindle drive, precision head drive, collective doffing, rationing, steel collar plate lifting, balanced suction and negative pressure control, energy saving and so on.

The machine has reached the international advanced level to meet users' requirements for high speed, high twist, large drafting, high stability and high reliability. The quality of its products can be comparable to that of similar products in developed countries. Some of its performance even surpasses that of foreign products. It has been used by famous enterprises in Dezhou such as Fuhua, Jiangsu Huafang and Zhejiang Huafu, and has sold more than 300 units this year alone.

Academician Yao Mu fully affirmed Jingwei Yuci's role in promoting technological progress in technological innovation.
